Let’s be real, life is hard sometimes. There are days where depression or anxiety will overrule our desire to be happy and we won’t want to get out of bed. People will disappoint you or hurt you, and maybe even to the point to where you think your heart is breaking. It seems unfair, but people are not perfect creations, and it will happen.
