How To Heal

Let’s be real, life is hard sometimes. There are days where depression or anxiety will overrule our desire to be happy and we won’t want to get out of bed. People will disappoint you or hurt you, and maybe even to the point to where you think your heart is breaking. It seems unfair, but people are not perfect creations, and it will happen.

Learning to Love Myself

Something I have been struggling with the past few weeks is something a lot people struggle with as well: body image. 

I am 20 years old now, and my metabolism has definitely slowed down. I am the biggest I have ever been in my life, and it’s been a hard process for me to go through.
